All of our coders are medical professionals with practical medical experience as well as a thorough knowledge of the standard dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHO Drug. Leslie is a California Board Certified Registered Nurse with more than 23 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including more than 19 years as an expert coder. Prior to ThesIS, she coded extensively as a Safety Data Associate for Roche Global Development, for Genentech, Inc., and for Syntex Research.
Leslie provided primary nursing care in a hospital setting for seven years before joining the biopharmaceutical industry.

Christine is a Clinical Audiologist with more than 21 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including more than 12 years of coding experience. Prior to ThesIS, she coded as a Safety Data Associate with Roche Global Development.
Christine started her career in the industry as a Clinical Data Specialist with Parke-Davis, and has also held positions as a Lead Clinical Information Coordinator and as a Data Analyst, both with Syntex Research.

Margaret is a Registered Nurse with more than 16 years of coding experience. Prior to ThesIS, she was a Safety Data Associate with Roche Global Development and a Drug Safety Associate with Syntex Research, both positions within the global coding group.
Before joining the biopharmaceutical industry, Margaret was a staff nurse for eight years.

Colleen is a Registered Nurse with more than 22 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including more than 18 years of coding experience. Prior to ThesIS, she was a Supervisor of Thesaurus Administration with Roche Global Development. In addition, Colleen has held positions as a Safety Data Associate with Roche Global Development and with Syntex Research, and as a Clinical Trial Coordinator with Stanford University.
Before joining the biopharmaceutical industry, Colleen spent four years as a practicing nurse at health care facilities in California and New York.

Catherine is a Registered Nurse with more than 17 years of coding experience. Prior to ThesIS, she honed her coding skills as a Safety Data Associate with Roche Global Development and as a Drug Safety Associate with Syntex Research. Catherine also has experience reviewing and coding adverse drug event reports and analyzing them for severity.
Before joining the biopharmaceutical industry, Catherine spent more than 27 years as a practicing nurse and as an administrator, where she managed a multi-service HMO suburban ambulatory health care facility.

Birgit is a Registered Nurse with more than 19 years of coding experience. Prior to ThesIS, she held coding positions as a Safety Data Associate with Roche Global Development, as a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator with Genentech, Inc., and as a Safety Data Associate with Syntex Research.
Birgit was a member of the Nurse Corps of the United States Air Force for five years, with an honorable discharge from active duty as Captain, before joining the biopharmaceutical industry.

Nancy has also held positions as a Project Manager with Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc., and as a Manager of Clinical Data Management with Syntex Research.
Nancy was a head nurse of hospital emergency rooms and an operating room scrub nurse before joining the biopharmaceutical industry.
